PARTNER DISCLOSURES

Hatch Quarter works with a range of capital partners, government agencies, and commercial organisations. This Partner Disclosures statement is intended to give you visibility into the nature of those relationships so you can make informed decisions when engaging with our content and services.

Capital Partners

We work alongside venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional investors who may participate in funding rounds for businesses we mentor or otherwise support. We do not receive transaction-based commissions from these partners; our compensation is structured through advisory engagements and program fees.

Government and Public Sector Relationships

We hold formal advisory relationships with several Australian state government agencies and have been engaged on a fee-for-service basis to support trade and investment programs. These relationships are disclosed in any content where they are materially relevant.

Portfolio Companies

Where we hold an equity stake in a company we discuss in our content, that interest is disclosed at the point of mention. Editorial content is reviewed independently from our investment activities to maintain integrity.

Sponsored Content

Any sponsored content, paid placement, or partner-funded research is clearly labelled as such. We do not publish sponsored content that is positioned to deceive readers into thinking it is independent editorial.

Conflicts of Interest

When a member of our team has a material personal interest in a topic we cover, that interest is disclosed within the content itself. Where a conflict cannot be appropriately mitigated through disclosure, the team member is recused from the relevant work.

How to Raise a Concern

If you believe we have failed to disclose a relationship, or you have a concern about how a partnership is represented in our content, please contact us at hello@hatchquarter.example. We treat these enquiries seriously and respond within ten business days.
